Sunny: Hello Djamila, and thank you so much for providing us this translation in Russian of You Don’t need a CRM. Before getting to how and why our service helps you, could you tell us more about Kazakhstan and your company?
Djamila: Hi Sunny, the Kazakhstan (of former USSR) is actually a mineral resources rich country with economy and technology developing very fast. Our company called the Elim Business Solutions Center is located in Astana and specializes in business consulting services (marketing research, business planning, human resources) since 2010. We strongly recommend other entrepreneurs to take a look at Kazakhstan, as it is actually a place of opportunities.
Sunny: How did you find out about You Don’t Need a CRM?
Djamila: In a very simple way: in our day-to-day practice and as other small business do, we are always looking to optimize our business processes, to make them more efficient and cost effective. We were searching for a CRM as those systems are supposed to make things better when it comes to sales. Unfortunately, most CRM systems on the market today are too complex and heavy, cluttered with overwhelming information and are not really helping to convert the leads into deals. We have tried almost every available CRM system on the market and were not satisfied at all. Until we recently found your solution.
Sunny: What do you think of our solution, what do you like the most?
Djamila: We found it very simple and straightforward. It does, what the real CRM system is supposed to do – to help the user to convert their leads into deals. We really like this fresh concept – it does not take much time to create a lead and then easily go through all your sales steps of your sales process to convert a lead into a real deal. We enjoy the customization of the sales process and also how easy it is to collaborate and log our activity. The only problem was that it wasn’t accessible in Russian and it’s why I proposed you to freely translate it …
