The new version of our lead management software launched last month to the world, and last week to our existing customers.
nocrm.io is more stable, faster & intuitive, and comes with a brand new lead management software Dashboard, which is the home page of all users.
Because every sales rep and Manager need to be aware of where they’re at, noCRM.io’s lead management software Dashboard includes statistics & an overview of the sales pipeline. But that’s not all…
Here the different elements in depth:
Statistics in the Lead Management Software Dashboard
These statistics are on your Won leads. At a user level, it tells you how many leads you’ve won this month and compares it to the 2 previous months. At an Admin level, it tells gives you the Won statistics of all your users. We believe this is a great way of keeping you motivated to work towards reaching new goals.
Pipeline Data
The Pipeline overview will enable your to know how your leads are evolving in your predefined sales pipeline, or pipelineS if you’re using the Expert Edition of our software. You know how many active leads are in what stage and the amount each step represents, and also the total amount at stake.
Just as for the Statistics, if you’re a user you can see your own pipeline, and if you’re an Admin you can see the company’s pipeline.
The Activity Feed
The Activity Feed is really nice when you’re several people using the account. As an Admin, you’ll be able to follow the latest activity of your salespeople and even comment on them easily, by simply going over an element with your mouse: a popup opens, and you can comment on it, to congratulate a sales person for a new win, or whatever you feel like doing!
Shortcuts
Yes, in nocrm.io you can create Shortcuts towards the pages you use the most, and you can access those pages directly from your Home Page!
For example, as a user, you’ll be able to create a Shortcut to all the leads you have in a specific city and, as as an Admin or a Team Manager (the latter on the Expert Edition), you’ll be able to create shortcuts towards the leads of specific user, or even team. Amazing, right?
Of course, from the Home Page you’ll also be able to quickly access all the Leads that you had set reminders for today. We want to make sure you never forget to do whatever it is that you have to do.
If you’re our customer and are still using the old version of the software, you can switch now from the Admin section of your account.
