Hello everyone!
Since the official release, our team has been working hard on fixing small bugs some users reported and on adding more features to You Don’t Need a CRM in order to make the service cleaner and simpler to use.
Here are some of the latest releases:
– a more complete “HELP” section and a small tutorial on the right sidebar (“What to do next”) to help you understand how to use the service and its different features
– email notifications for comments on leads to guarantee a good follow up of your leads
– the possibility to choose the default language for the account, which sets the language of the invitation e-mail for new users
– a cleaner lead form with a better tag integration, which for example helps you to easily link a product or a sector to your lead
– a better lead details’ page ; we changed the buttons’ place in order for each field to be more coherent, e.g. ‘edit’ stands after what you edit, ‘assign to’ close to the owner of the lead…
